CANCELLATION BY YOU:

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders.
You can return your order once you have received it, please find further details in our Return Section.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if: We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, or one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within five working days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

COMPLAINTS

Claims can only be made through our Scarlet Florentina Customer Service Department here.

Any claim in respect of the above should be made by contacting us within 48hrs of delivery.

Scarlet Florentina will accept return or exchange for items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your items within 14 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be returned in the original Scarlet Florentina packages including the jewellery box, protective materials, pouch, and the booklet of warranty and care advice.

Please note that shipping cost is not refundable.

The above-mentioned policy is sole and exclusive. In no event shall Scarlet Florentina be liable for any other damages occurring from Scarlet Florentina’s good.

No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by the customer.

No credit or refund will be given for any losses due to the incorrect storage or handling by the customer of any goods supplied by Scarlet Florentina.

In case of any dispute, Scarlet Florentina Ltd. reserves the right of final decision.

MISTAKES IN INVOICES, RECEIPTS OR PAYMENTS

Any mistakes in invoices, receipts or payments will be rectified as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 working days of agreeing to do so.

No credit or refund will be given for any losses due to the incorrect storage or handling by the customer of any goods supplied by Scarlet Florentina.

PRICES

Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and the availability of the goods, and will be invoiced at prices set out in our website at the time of purchase.

Currency fluctuations and credit card charges may affect the amount billed on your credit card.

From time to time, Scarlet Florentina will offer promotional codes at points of sale (either directly or via third parties). Please note that the below terms apply:

1. This offer can only be redeemed against any order on www.scarletflorentina.com.
2. This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts.
3. The promotional code can only be applied to full price items on the site.
4. This offer cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
5. This promotion is only available at www.scarletflorentina.com.
6. S.Flo reserves the right to (i) cancel this offer at any time (ii) refuse to allow any individual to participate in the offer (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to all customers.)
7. Refunds will take into account the discount.
