Returns & Exchange

Claims can only be made through our Scarlet Florentina Customer Service Department here. Any claim in respect of the above should be made by contacting us within 48hrs of delivery. In case of any dispute, Scarlet Florentina Ltd. reserves the right of final decision.

Decisions take time – and we’re happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind.

Scarlet Florentina will accept return or exchange for items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your items within 14 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be returned in the original Scarlet Florentina packages including the jewellery box, protective materials, pouch, and the booklet of warranty and care advice.

Please note that shipping cost is not refundable. We only accept exchange for one time, please note that after the first exchange, further refund or exchange will not be accepted.  No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by the customer.

The above-mentioned policy is sole and exclusive. In no event shall Scarlet Florentina be liable for any other damages occurring from Scarlet Florentina’s good.

We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your Scarlet Florentina jewellery. However no credit or refund will be given for any losses due to the incorrect storage or handling by the customer of any goods supplied by Scarlet Florentina. The above-mentioned policy is sole and exclusive.
